Wisam Qatawneh has spent thirty-seven years writing music for the screen, the stage, and the space in between — an award-winning composer and conductor with more than three hundred hours of scored material behind him.

Co-founder of Autostrad and Khata2 Bashari, he is the musical hand behind the largest hologram productions in the MENA region — from Umm Kulthum to Abdulhaleem Hafez and Talal Maddah — conducting symphonic concerts across the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, and Jordan. A multi-instrumentalist at the piano and synthesizer, he sits on the composition board of the Royal School of Music in London, and now scores under WISS, in collaboration with Satellite 57.
